Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is a member of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW), a not-for-profit healthcare system of 40 hospitals and medical centers in Arizona, California and Nevada. CHW currently supports 18 internal Institutional Review Boards providing oversight for nearly 1,000 clinical trials across the system. CHW's Human Research Protection Office provides for the regulatory and compliance oversight of all research conducted at CHW.
Our goal is to ensure that the research conducted throughout CHW is done so ethically, safely and efficiently, in addition to supporting the development of research activities conducted by physicians and research investigators at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
We are seeking individuals with significant narrowing or blockage in an artery in the heart to participate in a research study at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
